The three layers

Most of us have a pattern that keeps coming back. Different year, different people, same shape.

Underneath it there is usually a story. The one you tell yourself about why it happens, and what it says about you. And underneath the story there is a belief, often an old one, holding the whole thing up.

In this two hour live seminar we look at all three layers, in that order. The pattern. The story. The belief.

How it works

Before

You receive a short workbook. It helps you arrive with your own material already on the page, so our time together goes into seeing it clearly rather than searching for it.

During

I teach the three layers. Then there is a space for some to share their challenges. We'll select a few people to work with live, so you can watch the process happen with a real story. Then everyone works through their own.

After

Within a few days, everyone who sends in their workbook submission receives a personal practice from me, written for their story, to start changing it.
